Welcome to Al-Haddad Scuba. By using our website or booking any of our services (liveaboard trips, daily boat trips, diving courses, snorkeling activities, or equipment rentals), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be completed through our website or through our sales team. A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a required deposit (if applicable). Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the trip or activity date.

Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the trip for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes after the meeting time will be considered a No-Show, with no refund or reschedule. If we cancel the trip due to weather, sea conditions, or operational reasons, guests may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

Certified divers must present a valid diving certification before participating in any dive. All participants must ensure they have no travel bans or legal restrictions preventing participation. Guests must confirm they are medically fit for water activities. Any medical condition or allergy must be disclosed to the crew before the trip.

All guests must follow the safety instructions of our dive instructors and crew at all times. Al-Haddad Scuba is not responsible for injuries resulting from negligence, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of equipment. Diving involves personal risk. All participants are required to sign a Liability Waiver before joining the activity.

Air tanks and weights are included for certified divers. Personal diving equipment (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins) is not included and is available for rent upon request. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to rented equipment.

Itineraries and dive sites may change due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations. All final decisions are made by the trip leader to ensure guest safety.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except when required for operational purposes or by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent authorities within the Kingdom.

For everyone’s safety during the trip, each adult/guardian is allowed to accompany one child only. Terms and conditions regarding the number of children apply to all bookings.
